• 6 plain Turkish delight
  • 6 teaspoons of powder boziç

  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

  • Sprinkle some starch and powdered sugar on the counter and open the Turkish delight with a roller. 3-4 finger widths will be sufficient.

  • 1.5 cups of red lentils

  • Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter to the pressure cooker.
  • Put a large chopped carrot, potato and onion on it. Put 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1 teaspoon of pepper paste. Wash 1.5 cups of red lentils and 1 handful of bulgur for rice, strain and add to the pan. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 2 cubes of frozen chicken stock. Finally, add 2 liters of hot water and close the pressure cooker lid.
  • Close the pressure cooker lid and set it to the high pressure setting. After the pressure builds up and the whistle is locked, reduce the bottom and cook for 15 minutes.
  • At the end of 15 minutes, remove the pressure from the pot and add 1 tablespoon of mint and 1 teaspoon of chili pepper.
  • Blend with the hand blender until smooth. Your ezogelin soup is ready.


  • 6 tablespoons of cream ice cream

Keep the bowl and knife of the food processor in the freezer and cool well.

Chop 6 plain Turkish delight into cubes in the size of backgammon dice. Add the marshmallows, 6 tablespoons of plain ice cream and the colorful leaves of 3 dried roses to the cooled chamber.

  • In a small pressure cooker, place a piece of chicken breast and boneless chicken drumsticks. Add 4 cloves of garlic, a teaspoon of salt, black pepper and enough water to cover it. Close the lid and cook at high pressure setting.
  • After the whistle is locked, reduce the bottom and cook for 10 minutes. At the end of 10 minutes, remove the pressure from the pot and open the lid.

  • Whisk half a glass of milk and powdered sugar in 1 pot and heat it.
  • In another pot, mix 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa in 2 tablespoons of butter and heat it.
  • When the butter and cocoa combine and become like cream, add the sugared milk on it and mix. Stir or let stand in this state until it cools down.
  • While the mixture is cooling, roughly chop 2 handfuls of grizzly.
  • Chop 8 plain Turkish delight into cubes.
  • When it cools, whisk half an egg into it and add it.
  • Break 1.5 packs of pötibör biscuits and put them in a large bowl. Add the cocoa mixture on it and mix. When all the biscuits are in the mixture, add the grits and Turkish delight and mix.
  • Press the mosaic cake into a mold with baking paper and put it.
  • As it stands, keep it in the deep freezer overnight.
